How much money can my school or organization raise?
Answer: On average, participating schools and organizations raise $1,250 (per school) with our sports fundraisers. The top selling school (Perry Hall HS, Baltimore, MD) raised over $17,000 in just two weeks with our Super Bowl Fundraiser!
How do I communicate this fundraiser to others?
Answer: GameTime Fundraisers will provide you with an email to send to parents, friends, and co-workers explaining the fundraiser and order process. GTF can also provide your school or organization with banners for your school website, as well as for posting on your social media pages. (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
How do I know how much money my school or group has raised?
Answer: You may email [email protected] with a sales update request.
When will orders be shipped and delivered?
Answer: Face coverings/masks will be shipped to your school for distribution. You will receive an email with more specific information.
All other products will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours to the home or billing address identified at checkout.
When will my school/organization receive funds?
Answer: Funds will be remitted to your school or organization within 30 days of the conclusion of the fundraiser.
Do I need to be 18 or older to place an order?
Answer: Yes! You must 18 or older to place an order. If you are under 18 years of age, please have a parent, coach, or teacher place the order for you.
Can I place an order outside the USA?
Answer: Unfortunately no. All products are available to ship within the United States.
